Hallo!

laut http://www.windwing.com/mcsimcs.html
Converting MCS to IMCS
IMCS = (MCS x (Length)2) / (460)2

"I've seen a couple of conversion charts for DIN - MCS but conversions seem problematic for the reasons I mentioned above - you can't characterise the complete behavior of a mast with one or two numbers.
DIN, I think, is a measure of stiffness when the base is anchored
and force is applied at the tip, unlike MCS where both ends are
fixed with weight applied at the middle."

noch ein beitrag:
"Just a guesstimate from experience.
DIN MCS
6.8 25
7.0 28
7.2 30
For 15' (460 cm) masts. And I think DIN just measures the flex for the top half of the mast."

also mir scheint es auch wie "äpfel mit birnen vergleichen" und nicht wirklich umrechenbar. was zählt sind wohl eher praktische erfahrungen als abgedruckte werte.
whatever>>>nik

Einige Cambersegel bekommt man kaum afgerigt.
