Has anyone ridden this board ?
I have read many positive reviews and am considering replacing my Starboard Fish 96 with it.....They opposite boards in most respects, but I'm hoping the JP will still work reasonably in small waves.

Thank You Rob (Miami, Florida)

Hey,
I have the JP FWS 84l. and its a fantastic board for freestyle and small waves, also in strong wind conditions its really good.

Take a smaller version if your weight allows you to. The 98l is uninspiring compared to the 91l or 84l. It has a flatter rocker line so doesnt turn as well, feels in swell like it wants to bury it's nose. But also I don't think it is any faster or planes any earlier. I chose the 91l in the end as my light wind wave allrounder at 83 kg's to partner a smaller waveboard and I think it's a great allrounder, not the best in real waves but great in swell, bump n jump and fast in flatwater. They feel quite voluminous
as it is relatively wide and alot of volume in the tail.
Great board, very versatile.

Thanks Guys!
I ended up getting the board and will report back once I have had some time on it. I weigh 100 kg, so I wanted something floaty
for the light air 750.00 slightly used seemed OK.
