Entschuldigen Sie ich, ich auf englischer Sprache auszudrücken, ich spreche über deutsche Sprache sehr schlecht
I would like to inform you about troubles I had with www.windsurfing-boutique.de
I have order a Mistral Super Razor 2 weeks ago. I get it without footstrap and without fin whereas their website specified it should be delivered with the board.
Jurgen, from www.windsurfing-boutique.de, certified that he had put the footstrap and the fin in the bag. Something should have occured during the delivery.
Actually, www.windsurfing-boutique.de refuse to resend me the missing parts. I would have to buy it (roughly 100€ => One quarter of the board price!)
Do you have any suggestion to solve my trouble?
