Das ist natürlich sehr individuell vom Stil abhängig. Ich z.B. fahre 370cm RDM von 3,4 bis 4,5qm in North Wave Segeln, und finde es sehr gut (65kg). Erst das 4,7 bekommt den 400cm Mast.
Depending on what is recommended for the sail. I sail my 3.5 NP Zone 2008 with a 370 RDM, which is also the recommended size. If they give both options for your sail, I would take the 340, as it will give you a softer feel. On the other hand, if you want to save money and reduce the number of masts for your sailrange, the 370 is the better, option as you can probably use it in a 4.0/4.2/4.5 as well
